Simon Maidment – Hole in One

On Wednesday 19 March Simon Maidment played the shot of dreams and recorded a hole in one on the 6th hole.
A well struck pitching wedge looked good all the way, however with the hole cut close to the front the group were not aware of just how good it was.
Even approaching the green there was still no excitement as another member of the group had played a shot of equal quality. When they arrived there was one ball a metre from the hole and as Simon said they were both pretty happy with that result until they looked in the hole.
