In what could be described as challenging conditions at its most complimentary 43 pairs contested for the Yarra Yarra Mixed Trophy on Sunday 22 October.  The winners of the Members / Guest competition were Dean and Linda Falconer with 44 points.  The ultimate winner of the trophy, which is a board event, were Meg Thorley and Tony Brand with an excellent 46 points based on the difficult conditions presented.  All diners enjoyed the story of Tony’s ball ricocheting off the back fence at 5 to finish 6 feet from the hole.

All teams enjoyed a great dinner after the game and compliments to course, hospitality and golf ops staff for supporting this event.
