Adam Scott Junior Invitational

Posted on: 30 May

Yarra Yarra’s current men’s champion Max Moring started the Adam Scott Junior Invitational with a solid 2 under par 70 to be  in 12th place.

The invitational is being played at the Falls Club of the Palm Beaches and is stacked with some of the best junior talent in golf.

Representing Golf Australia Max spent time with Karrie Webb on Tuesday evening which was a real highlight for him, he did not realise that Karrie was an honorary member at Yarra Yarra and maybe Australia’s best ever golfer.

He also got a buzz out of bumping into Sung Jae Im before the event.

The course was tight of the tee and while playing well Max felt he left a few shots out there, in particularly on the par 5’s.

Charlie Woods, son of Tiger was in the group ahead of Max with Tiger following him.
