About our Course

Alex Russell was the original course architect for the renowned Sandbelt golf course situated in Bentleigh East, Victoria. The Yarra Yarra Golf Club is one of the eight famous Sandbelt Golf Courses and is currently ranked number 17 in Australia.

The course has undergone a major restoration over the past three years to bring it back to the original Alex Russell design. Fairways were opened to create a greater visual aspect and the first six holes were re-routed.

This is a course that has stood the test of time and pays tribute to its original layout and design.

This is truly a magnificent Sandbelt course that is on the bucket list of every golfer.

The Yarra Yarra Golf Club accepts Interstate and International golf bookings.

With majestic views of the course from the many balconies upstairs and a wide selection of function rooms in our heritage listed clubhouse, it is the perfect setting for your next special event.

If there were more stars I will give it to them. The team at yarra yarra are amazing, with out them we would have been so lost. The venue, food (which everyone raved about) and the people are gorgeous. We are so glad this was our wedding venue.

We held our 50th Wedding Anniversary Lunch at Yarra Yarra and all our family and friends couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the clubhouse was, the elegance of the table settings, and the fabulous food and staff. This is a wonderful venue, and we can’t talk highly enough about it.

My Personal Assistant booked the Yarra Yarra Golf Club for our recent two-day Executive Conference. I should give her a pay rise for selecting this venue for us for our conference. Looking out the window from the majestic Boardroom at the beautiful golf course, I longed to get out my clubs and have a hit. Luckily day two of the conference allowed us to enjoy 9 holes of golf to destress after the conference. The venue, food, staff and service were the bests and we have already booked our next conference with Yarra Yarra.
